In the event of inclement weather, our team will assist in arranging an indoor alternative or reschedule your picnic to a new date within three months—ensuring your experience remains seamless and stress-free.

To reschedule your picnic, please cancel at least 48 hours before your event. All sales are final, and refunds are not available.

Wish to linger a little longer? Extend your picnic experience for up to five hours — additional hours are available at $100 each beyond the included two.

Absolutely! We love discovering new places and are happy to bring your experience to you. For locations more than 30 miles from our New Bedford base, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile applies.

While photography isn’t included, we’re proud to collaborate with exceptional photographers who specialize in capturing the magic of your picnic. For the best experience, we recommend a one-hour session during your event.
